Founder Mr. Tsai worked in screw industry for more than 2 decades. From sales to factory management, experienced different positions allow him to have full knowledge in this fastener industry. He got started work in fastener industry as a salesperson in a leading US company Taiwan branch. Besides from routine sales job, he has also enjoyed tooling design and production process improvement. All were aiming to provide more valuable service to the customers. Strong ambition has driven him to become a manager in different fields. He is a man who has diversified ability, full experience, and wild international vision.  The full experience working in fastener industry brings him a thought. Taiwan has a strong production capability in fastener supply chain. Now we need to transform this huge energy even further. We need to have a total solution for our customers in fastener design and product realization. therefore, we start our company Jun Fastener Co., Ltd

創辦人，在螺絲業具有二十年以上的經歷，從公司業務一路歷鍊到管理廠區，從國內到國際貿易都具有深厚的底蘊，進入職場的第一份工作是國際貿易公司的業務，從那時開始接觸螺絲這個龐大的產業，進入產業後，除了用心在開發業務外，也投入各類模具設計並參與螺絲的製程改善，希望提供客戶更有價值的服務，強大的學習力及企圖心從業務、業務經理、產業領域講師等，一路晉升到廠長，是少數具有完整經歷，同時兼具多樣化的國際人才。 在螺絲產業的完整經歷，讓他深刻了解台灣在國際螺絲產業鏈上具有非常強大的生產能力，現在，要把這份龐大的能量再轉化成協助客戶產品設計的動能，並且具有協助客戶解決產品功能的實力，因此創辦了竣錩公司。
